Meet The Team

Owner
Brittany Fuller
My name is Brittany Fuller. I live in Cherokee with my husband and our three daughters. I became a part of the Pirouettes family first as a parent, then Assistant Cheer Coach, Cheer Director, and now owner of the entire studio, which resulted in the name change to Leap of Faith Performing Arts. My educational background includes pre-nursing, psychology, and early childhood education. My professional background includes time as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Social Worker, and I am the current director of Kaleidoscope Dreams Daycare, which is a family-owned business in operation since 1999. I have spent many years being trained in how to operate a business, especially when it relates to the education of children. Other than my college degrees, I am also a certified All-Star Cheer Judge! My specialties include stunting for levels 1-3 and creative design choreography for all levels. I have worked with tiny humans in many capacities over the years but cheer and dance are just bonuses for me along this journey. I love to watch them learn and I love to see how they use cheer and dance for self-expression. My favorite thing to do is travel, where you can usually find my family visiting Disney Theme parks.

Company Director
Lydia Foust
Hi there, I am Miss. Lydia! I began dancing at the age of 3 and participated in competitive dance for 13 years, training in all styles. This will be my fifth year with PDCA, now Leap of Faith Performing Arts, and I am so excited for another season of growth with our dancers. I have received several choreography awards and judges choice awards since joining the Pirouettes/Leap of Faith family.
I studied inclusive education at WCU and received my teaching license in Elementary and Special education. I taught first grade for two years before having my first daughter, Rhea.
Outside of dance, I am a proud wife, mother, and dog mom. I am also passionate about advocacy for children with disabilities, reading, and spending time with my family.
I can’t wait to dance with you this season!

Office Manager
Becky Spell
Hi!! I'm Becky the office manager and I have been with Pirouettes/Leap of Faith for going on 9 years now. My girls love dancing here. When Kenzie first started she was shy and didn't want to do anything other tumble and ballet, now we are starting our 4th year of competition and she takes almost all the classes offered. Leah my youngest takes ballet and tumbling and loves to help out whenever she can. We love the studio and the teachers.

Dance Instructor
Penelope Madison
Hello, My name is Penelope Madison and I am an instructor at Leap of Faith Performing Arts. I began dancing at a young age and quickly fell in love with it. I competed for several years until I realized that I wanted to further pursue ballet exclusively, so I then went on to train at the Ballet Conservatory of Asheville. I also spent a summer training at the Charlotte Ballet. My goal as an instructor is to share my love and passion for dance as well as strengthen technique.

Dance Instructor
Lyndsey Beck
Hiya! My name is Lyndsey, and I’m a dance instructor for Leap of Faith Performing Arts. I competed for several years for Pirouettes and absolutely loved every minute. I love teaching and sharing my knowledge of all different styles. I was on a dance team in Pittsburgh, Pa while I was studying at Point Park University. I was also admitted for a modern concentration in the dance program! I am also a personal trainer who is certified by the national school of sports medicine! Overall I want to insure the kids are having a blast and learning to love dance as much as I do.
